Do you allow dogs?
As much as we adore canine companions, they are not permitted at Little Sur Inn. Service animals are always welcome.
Smoking Policy
Can I light one up on the property?
Nah, brah. Little Sur Inn is a completely smoke-free hotel, including all guest rooms and public spaces. If you or your guests choose to smoke in a guestroom, a $200 cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
Reservations
How Do I Make A Reservation?
To make a reservation at Little Sur Inn/Moonstone Landing, you'll need a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover Card), phone number, and email address.
You can book online with us, or allow us to assist you over the phone 805.927.1329.
What is your cancellation policy?
We are so glad you asked! Cancellations made 48 hours PRIOR to 12:00 AM on your date of check in are not subject to a cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 12:00 AM on your date of check in are subject to our cancellation fee of one night's stay.
Can I make changes to my reservation? What if I check out early?
No shows and early checkouts are not eligible for a refund.
You may make adjustments to your reservation at any point outside of our 48 hour cancellation
window. Please call our front desk for assistance.
When Will I Be Charged For My Stay?
We charge your card when you arrive to check-in. No early deposits are required to book with us.
Do you place an authorization on cards in addition to stay total?
We do not! We are a no-frills establishment, and you'll find no resort fees or unnecessary authorizations at our hotel.
Check In & Check Out
Can I Check In Early?
Check in begins at 3:00 PM. At check in, we'll ask you to provide a valid credit card and photo ID, and fill out registration paperwork.
Can I Check In Late?
Yes! We are happy to provide remote check in for after hours arrivals. Please call us at 805.927.1329.
What Time Is Check Out and What Is Required?
Check out is at 11:00 AM. You are free to depart at your convenience, but we'd love to see you off!
Can I Check Out Late?
To inquire about a late check out, please stop by the front desk or give us a call. If a late check out is possible, a fee of $75 will be charged until 1:00 PM, after 1:00 PM, 100% of the room rate will be charged.
Rooms
Is Daily Housekeeping Included?
You bet! Your room will be refreshed in the late morning or early afternoon of your stay. If you'd like to opt-out of service, please place the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the outside door handle.
Do You Offer Rollaway Beds?
We do not! All of our Guest Rooms have a max occupancy of 2, with the exception of our Double Queen Rooms, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
Parking
Where Do I Park and Do I Have To Pay?
Parking is free on site and first come first serve, with enough spaces for all guests. Please no parking in front of the hotel.
Do You Have EV Charging Stations?
Why, yes, we do! We have 2 charging stations available for the exclusive use of guests. Charging is offered free of charge on a first come first serve basis. We do not have EV adapters, so please bring your own!
